War Defense visual post-processing

WebGL-only: soft screen vignette plus bloom on shots. Still turns off when reduced motion (above) or the OS accessibility setting requests less motion.

Camera shake (100%)

Scales screen shake on hits, shields, and bombs. Set to 0 to disable.

Screen flash (100%)

Scales full-screen flash on bomb pickup. Set to 0 to disable.
